KNOW YOUR PRE-PREGNANCY JEAN SIZE. Your pre-pregnancy jean size and your Hip Contour Size needed to determine your girdle size.
HIP CONTOUR HELP - Measure your hip contour at its widest point AFTER the 36th week of pregnancy or postpartum. Your hips will widen after week 36 to prep you for childbirth. An accurate Hip Contour measurement is necessary for sizing.
